Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
DLM Solutions Group LLC (“DLM,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to dlmsolutionsgroup.com and the related storefront and toolkits.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us — name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number, order details, and any messages you send through our contact or quote forms.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Wix Payments). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatic information — IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, and page-view data collected through first-party analytics and server logs.
2. How We Use Information
- To process and fulfill orders, including shipping and refunds.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking).
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
- To improve the Services and detect fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use first-party cookies and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use third-party cookies and does not track individuals across sites. Our storefront also uses cookies from Wix Stores required to keep your cart and session working. We do not load third-party advertising trackers.
Most browsers let you control cookies through your settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the storefront from working.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Wix Stores — order management and inventory.
- Wix Payments — payment processing.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
- Email and analytics providers — to send transactional/marketing email and understand site traffic.
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have the rights described under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know and the right to delete. Residents of the European Economic Area and the UK have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, email dlmsolutionsgroup1@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request.
6. Data Retention
We keep order and tax records for the period required by law (typically seven years for US tax purposes), and other personal information for as long as needed to operate the Services and respond to support requests. We delete or anonymize information when retention is no longer necessary.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
